One of my very old sprites I did in the past. (I think he's Black, I keep forgetting his name.) I really don't know where to fit this character in the category.

Like the jacket, is that custom?

Thanks. Well. Actually, that jacket came from Charlie's. I edited the jacket. I did resize with Guile's lower part bigger to fit Sagat's upper. Plus, I edited his body into a shirt. Even I added Rolento's beret over his head.
